Delivery and Returns

Orders are shipped within 2 – 5 working days.

At present, we ship to the UK, EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

If you wish to have your order shipped to the USA, Canada or the rest of the world, please get in touch.

Our prints are sent out directly from our professional print studio and will include a certificate of authenticity. You will receive a shipping notification via email to track your order.

Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the rare event that your order is damaged in transit, or a small defect may have slipped through the  quality control process at our printers,  please get in touch and we will resolve the issue for you immediately. We kindly ask that you send us clear photos of any damage or defects. Once received, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you the very next working day.

If your order is lost or stolen, the responsibility would lie with Royal Mail, but please contact us and we will try our very best to assist you in resolving the matter.

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Paper Covers Rock but if not, we can offer an exchange on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of the dispatch date.

Please note that we do not reimburse postage costs.
